AT LEAST, give us some sense of the FStudy . If we are delaying for clear, benefial reasons that's great but say it so. Give us some sense that time is not NOT been used wisely.

AT LEAST give us some sense of what has changed since the new CEO set foot. Have things changed for the better? How ...in what way?  Will the future look much brighter because of the changes currently put into effect? Please specify a tid !

AT LEAST try to accelerate the construction and the FStudy even as you delay... don't become too lax on the matter. We don't want to learn that there was carelessness, sloppiness and folks asleep on the job....
