RE:RE:RE:Is this just a runup prior to financing?

RE:RE:RE:Is this just a runup prior to financing?Publicly, there is no news that would justify such a rise in recent share price.  We can speculate that it was oversold last year, but often the markets can just be irrational.  In the past, the company has seen large gains prior to significant news, which really shouldn’t happen.  Somehow, information gets passed along and volume and share price go up. Not saying this is what is happening now but the appreciation reeks of this suspicion.

The negotiations with woodmere for the land purchase is significant.  With some of the settlement being done with shares,  it might suggest some perceived value since the land is owned in part by a director. If they believed the company was insolvent, they would hardly accept  shares as compensation.

With more financing in place it will be important for them to  establish the Telkwa operation and become licensed as soon as possible.  It could be the impetus to finally move the company along in shareholder value because as it stands, it all seems rather vague to outsiders.
