Is it possible to sublease bldg to licensed grower

Is it possible to sublease bldg to licensed growerGreetings from down south USA. First post, I am a novice investor tinker in cannabis sector. Bought this about a month ago. Small speculative position.

Is it legal in Canada for an expanding licensed grower to sublease approved developed real estate for cannabis cultivation?  Because the quality of the building if it exist per video should be put to work if possible. Their approval on license could be after they run out of cash.
