RE:RE:Good Grief....
Hey DieselDog,
Get on the regulators.. and ask the exchange to explain why they didn't force this news to be released considering the alarming volume.. I say alarming.. because that is exactly the criteria the exchange uses to trigger an alarm.. all spikes in volumes like that are noted.. they didn't act.. at least not publicly.. and we never had the benefit of the news being forced out... even if the assays hadn't been returned by then (Which they clearly had).. the company would at least realize the exchange was watching closely... in other words the company would have had a reason to not screw everyone who invested in them in the free market.
The exchange will undoubltedly argue that this is a corporate governance issue.. not an exchange issue.. its both!
The other option is a law suit.. or an attempt to dislodge them.. one thing I like to do is shame the directors.. directors of companies like this exist to .. well exist.. they do little.. and almost never act on corporate governance issues.. in spite of it being their neck for failing to.
Shame them.. post their names and contact info on these boards and suggest people who were misled by the lies and deceit write them and ask them to investigate this nonsense.
Some will inevitably resign (Its always the case.. they just rid themselves of the greasy baggage.. and the quality of director slips even further.. lol).. as they didn't sign up to be stained with the brush a greasy CEO dipped in $hit.
I'm working on something that will help investors hold them accountable as a group (I'm referring to any wayward company/insider).. as well as something that will help investor put that incredible energy they collectively express towards this stuff to a challenging and potentially very rewarding use.
I've been meaning to get this stuff completed and up and out there a long time.. I have the time now and I'm on it.
Stay tuned Dieseldog!
Cheers!
