RE:This man is incredibly perceptiveGood read...
Here is what PVG was supposed to be and wound up being...
2011 PEA Total Capital Costs $281m 1500 TPD Stage 1 Open Pit, Stage 2 Underground
2012 PEA Total Capital Costs $436m 1500 TPD Underground Only
2014 PEA Total Capital Costs $746m 2700 TPD Underground Only
2018 Total Capital Costs $ 20m ??? 3800 TPD
Will it really cost only $20m to expand to 3800 TPD ?
If they are moving 30% more rock there will be additional costs
doing that - higher maintenance costs, more breakdowns, more
demand on feeding that hungry mill. Are they prepared
to deal with an operation running 30% faster?
It would not be surprising if the push to 3800 TPD backfires
with multiple successive breakdowns due to the lack of planning
and foresight by those running the show. Remember last January,
one of the most pitiful excuses ever, their one drill broke
and no they did not have a spare on hand. For a 1.5 to 2 billion
dollar company (at the time) PITIFUL
See the pattern here... They are either liars or rich lucky clowns.
