RE:RE:RE:RE:Undervalued.. this puppy is going to fly It isn't something I follow on a regular basis but I would say it is extremely low compared to most companies.  If you want to find out, companies are required to report insider holdings and insider selling. You can look it up on Sedar.  Aphria's latest annual information form disclosed about 8.5 - 9% of the shares were held by directors and officers.
