RE:Our all in cost from first BFSYou are correct that the cost to mine and process should be between $5-$6, however, you need to factor in to Selling, General, and Admin expense, which is another large factor. 

Then, there's care and maintenance expense 

With a bloated staff and management, one could imagine the cost isn't cheap.  which is why the previous FS suggested the mine will be profitable at $26/pound.

By increasing the output, the increase in revenue would outpace the expense (since staff shouldn't increase as much as output increase).

So.. if cobalt price keeps falling.. then output would need to increase alot more.
