RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Dividend just DECREASED 56%I think you are being quite conservativ ein your estimate of price increases.  Within two years I beleive we see th eprice around 24 and by that time they will probably be able to raise th edividend to keep it attactiv eto new investors.  I agree their CC suggested a four year time line before raising the dividend - but that was countered by their statement about dividend determined by FFO going forward.   with .96  and a pric eof 24 the dividend drops to 4%   by that time I expect we see a dividend hike  somewhere between year 2 and 3.  But hey both of us could be wrong and see either more problems or better growth but  I am confident that 4 year sout I will be happy with this company and payout.  I do expect to see a SP of 20 fairly soon after the market sees solid execution.   GL
