RE:BIG RED FLAG

RE:BIG RED FLAGFirst off, this is a discussion on how to handle future applications.

Secondly - The recommended action is to Approve the discussion.

So... why would you hold out on getting cheap shares based on a formality, which could be something as tiny as changing the font on the application form? They clealy don't intend to restrict future licenses.

I want to ride the wave here with GGb... But heres what I've dug up.....Of the 61 retail licenses that were recently issued (7 to GGB ). 31 of those licenses are in Clark County. Clark County has voted 7-0 to put a moratorium on issuing any new business licences relating to the newly awarded dispensary applications.

Furthermore, City council is meeting today (skip to item #26 in the agenda) :"Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Processing of Applications for New Retail Marijuana Establishments"

Hold on to you hats if they recind the newly awarded licences and re-do the scoring process.

Be safe folks... best to hold out until the dust settles.
