First off, this is a discussion on how to handle future applications.

Secondly - The recommended action is to Approve the discussion.

So... why would you hold out on getting cheap shares based on a formality, which could be something as tiny as changing the font on the application form? They clealy don't intend to restrict future licenses.

Hold on to you hats if they recind the newly awarded licences and re-do the scoring process.
