1. But for a potential buyer, this is the perfect time. Except for the fact there is much garbage under the hood of this stock.

2. Pathe can't walk into Havana and say "hi" I'm your current partner. FYI 2017 was more than 10 years ago. Blackberry was the biggest company on the TSX, time to get with the times old timer.

3. Answer is greater than 20% of the current market cap.
