Where are Fraudsters?

Where are Fraudsters?manipulators, stock brokers, promoters and just low live pumpers?   Where are all these crooks which infested our board?   They seem quiter these days.  In the meantime outfit is sliding.  Again.  

Are we really going to test 25 cents and more?   Does Thomvest REALLY NEEDS common shareholders OR at some point they just decide to get rid of this ballast?
