Can Anyone Answer this QuestionWhen a Company or TRUST " DECLARE" a distribution for a Period(Month or Quarter) . Is Not the Monies(Dividends) Set aside or Put in a Bank or Bokerage House Account , to be paid out to the shareholders. By DECLARING are they not Stating the Monies Already been Credit to whoever pays out the Dividends Account..Declare means the Monies already there.. has there ever been Monies Declared and later Not Paid Out..????
