Here is the real kicker,

In the interview, he clearly states when asked about  a JV of some kind SURE WHY NOT THEY CAN SHOW US HOW TO RUN THE OPERATION basically

CEO also states when asked about NASDAQ listing, states companies listed on the Nasdaq do better when they are not making money. HUH? 

So to me, that means he's gonna run a scam on the US side FRESH MEAT I guess
