RE:WHY IS THIS NEGATIVE NEWS ?Obviously I'm no expert but I agree.Doesnt seem negative to me.

And as far as dilution I can't see it being that many shares they MAY need to issue on conversion even not knowing the exact details. Maybe some of the more knowledgeable members have some some ideas.
