RE:it really BAFFLES ME....Nathan2018 wrote: not sure what to think. just plain idiots who must be "missing chromosomes" saying, oh no its a bad thing. its a bad thing aurora doing private offering. doom is upon us. blahblah blha.
really?
a new industry is booming. out of no where. history is being made. a new company is booming, out of no where, there are building state of the art facilities, travelling all around the world and making deals and expanding internationally. they have over 1000s of people working for them to get everything started, mistakes happening and cost are increasing to fix those...no huge revenues yet no huge profits yet because its a new industry being born, a new company being born....
and in order to keep on expanding and capitalize on certain things you need money.
Down 11% now after hours. I'd say most don't like it! Tough being a little retail guy....
guess what people! it is 2019......WE DO NOT HAVE A FKIN* TREE IN THE BACKYARD THAT GROWS MONEY....nor does it come out of the shittter...
a company needs money , a growing brand new company in a brand new industry needs money...every major companies in the world did it...when they started out!! do some research....
OTHER WISE THERE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SUCH THING AS PRIVATE OFFERING...
its is there for a reason...because thats how you get money....
im sorry....im sorry....did you wanted aurora to give 10% of their company for 500 million? and raise money that way?
ohh whats that? whats that? did you say no? EXACTLY!!!!!
this is not a bad news at all! nor is this a good news at all....
tgod shares were recently sold by aurora....for millions...why? is it so they can play bingo in thailand?
no fktard!
its because they need money...at the early stage of growing a business in a brand new industry....
and they wanted more..so they did this private offering....for a small dilution. very little. this is no surprise...because this is what aurora does...dilution in order to grow in order to become behemoth...and we all agreed up on this when aurora bought cannimed and medreleaf....
or did you wanted to 1000s of people to walk off the job? or did you wanted the crops to go bad just like it did with canopy or aphrira...cant remb which one....remb that news release?? that said..ohhh the crops went bad BECAUSE WE DID NOT HAVE THE MAN POWER! or enough staff!!
AURORA did a right move...to gain money.. period.
just like any early stage company would do.
if institutional investors spend millions and millions and open a short position to make some money...so be it...
will load up again on aurora...
if it goes down...its because of institutional shorting...not because its a bad news...
