Sounds like the best case scenario, no way this will happen. No third partner will be willing to deal with ESSEL due to their complete unabiltiy in this sector.

And yes. I already reached out many times to ESSEL but you dont even get a response, other than "Vancouver will answer your questions", which they don't.

As said before, this company is a complete shitshow!
