Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

why would anyone want to do a deal with Aph until

a) they can prove they can grow 20000 kg a month which they can't
b) they get the report and rebuttal out and it's no longer a potential lightning rod
c) the scourge is gone and Vic is walked out

unless

it's a total buyout and the entire board is being replaced

I have to agree with you on 'A',  which means they need HC approval.

'B' is not as crucial as it was a month ago. It has been somewhat refuted already.

I agree with 'C'.   Tricky Fat Vicky needed to be removed from the board.

This company has really become a head scratcher.  The word disillusioning comes to mind.
