RE:RE:RE:I Warned Everyone

RE:RE:RE:I Warned EveryoneI am 100% sure that the rest of the marketplace is reading this different from how you are spinning it.  This is clearly evident by the over 8% hit the share price took in the after market trading session right after the announcement came out.

Based upon Aurora's previous track record of paying for all of their expansions through the issuance of additional shares paid 100% by the existing shareholders, you certainly cannot blame them for thinking right off the bat that this is nothing more than continuing share dilution.  Especially when the news release mentions Aurora common shares a total of 5 times in only 3 paragraphs.

If this is not going to result in additional shares as you claim, then Aurora needs to speak simple English and say upfront that this whole private offering will be paid off through future cash proceeds and NOT A SINGLE NEW SHARE WILL BE ISSUED and this has to be done before the market opens tomorrow.

I am 100% sure this will not be done as their news release states that "the notes will bear cash interest semi-annually at a fixed rate and be convertible by holders INTO AURORA COMMON SHARES at an initial conversion price higher than the closing common share price on the day of the pricing of the notes."  Now, that sure sounds like the issuance of additional shares to me.

The news release then goes on to state that "Aurora currently expects that upon conversion the notes will be settled in cash (highly doubt this!!! LOL), shares of Aurora common shares, or a combination of cash and shares Aurora common shares, at Aurora's election."  Sure sounds like the issuance of additional common shares to me as we all know which choice Aurora will elect.

Not sure, but did Cam mentioned in one of his recent interviews that Aurora will not be expanding any further as they will instead be looking for partnerships going forward?  Looks like Terry has moved the game plan back to expansion at any cost since it's going to be paid completely by the existing sharesholders without a single penny having to be paid by Aurora themselves.

No doubt the share price will be back down into the $8 range by tomorrow, if not right at the open.  Unfortunately for the longs here, the share price might even crater right back down to the $5 or $6 range in short order with this type of continuing announcements.   Grrrrr..............

I believe Canopy completed the financing in June and got $5B from STZ in August. Suggesting that $ACB has liquidity problems is complete madness. $ACBs senior notes come due in 5 years at which point $ACB can repay with cash or force equity conversion at some point within the 5 years if stock price reaches a certain level. Long story short no dillution in near term if ever. Idiots like you spread lies and false information and people like myself will always be here to check you.

Very good, hopefully some of the slow learners will read this before stocks open in the morning.
