RE:RE:Ascot/IDM merger meeting dateAgreed. IDM was not in a position to sell or face bankruptcy. Recent funds were raised to continue execution of drilling and feasibility studies. Something else is going on and whatevqer it is should not require Ascot funds. Ascot must want to advance IDM asset development is what makes the most sense. It smells.
