RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Dividend just DECREASED 56%Price to cash flow  nnormalized with market confidence might take us to  $28.00    But  at a P/E of 15 on an ER of 1.30   the SP goes to just 19.5.   P/E tends to be lower  fo rutilities in any rising interest rate environment.   So I look for $20  SP by end of 2019 and at least 24 by the end of 2020.
If interest rates fall perhaps as high as 28.  However by the time the price reaches 24 I look for a div increase.   In any case the hold and buy case are very strong right now.
