Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Same trading Pattern as Yesterday!

Same trading Pattern as Yesterday! So where is Green Growth's formal offer to takeover Aphria for $11.00 per share? It has been about 3 weeks since they announced their intention to takeover the company. They must have a deal with the MM's to keep Aphria's share price down - or at least until the MM's can cover their short positions! LOL The share volume is so low today and the MM's are pathetic in their attempts to conjure up some shares. Hopefully a third party makes a descent takeover offer for Aphria so the company can be valued properly for their shareholders! GLTA
