The phase 3 clinical trial for PPP001 in cancer patients is nearing completion. Clinical trials aren't similar to grow space being operational, or being approved for a grow expansion it is the essentially the validation to the the entire process. Sure it may feel that way to some on the outside looking in, but honestly anyone knew to Cannabis based bio-pharma and I'm sure there are many need to refer to the junior pharma industry and understand that clinical trials and their results are similar to a poker hand. At some point you're required to show the results, but there are many things that need to happen before they are a success. Health Canada / FDA approval of the next steps in the process and the validation of the phase 3 clinical trial could be on-going as we speak. Tetra's best interest is to hold any information on this trial until there is some form of validation.
Personally, I'm okay waiting for proper validation, jumping the gun on releasing the results does nothing if ultimately HC/FDA have issues with something or require further analysis / results. The way I see this whole thing is if PPP001 doesn't manage pain and quality of life improvement in terminal cancer patients, then the whole Cannabis = medicine claims and science we've seen over the last 20 years is all a big lie. So you either trust the progress the medical community has made thus far and Tetra's clinical is 1st of its kind. The validation is key to big money and ultimately a rising shareprice. This is why we're all here, not for the Hemp Energy Drink or gum, if you're in a hurry then probably best to move on. I do feel for you though there are days when I grow very impatient with the process, but we are on schedule for now so rest easy.
The other aspect to this is that not all clinical trials are clean cut start and stop based on the initial timeframe assessed for the clinical program. Clinical trials are vey complex and there are times when clinicals run longer than originally planned. I'm not saying that is the case here, because as long as we're still in Q1-2019 then there is no delay. Stay patient, you don't hire the senior staff for "Operations and Logistics & National Sales Directors" if you're not planning to see a significant change in your business in 2019 and beyond. Great signs from management on this, but patience and focus needs to be refereshed from time to time.BLA BLA BLA BLA
