It behooves Craig (and we should be happy that he's doing so) to evaluate all options - now that the debt is "eliminated", the co. should be eminently more marketable which was the idea behind converting the Debbie's to begin with. Plus we don't know what the agmt is with Mcquarrie - they may be on a short leash, obviously an ND asset sale is excluded. I do like the element of competition between Macquarie and Energy Partners.
Gotta give it to Macquarie, they don't go away easily. Pretty sure they got their pound of flesh from some debbieholders in the TBE saga.

One thing in our favor now is IF WCS differential remains narrow AND WTI recovers, then Little Bow ASP becomes viable - is $75-80 WCS.
