I honestly can't see a buyout being accepted by Management considering their mission and vision is based on acquiring other companies, not being acquired. I recognize that "money talks" and if the price is appealing enough, it would be considered by Management. That being said, if I was Management, I wouldn't be so quick to sell considering all the competitive advantages being set into place. My 2 cents...
