Novocarbon website updates

Novocarbon website updatesLooks like they're working on updating it.  Some interesting changes to it.

- They're using ALD (atomic level disposition) to coat their spherical graphite.  We know they've sent out samples and apparently it's well liked by customers so far.  This method is easier to scale up than conventional coating, it's safer and deliver performances.  Plus it's newer technology.
- They have this "Platinum Blonde" graphite product that's coming out this year.  I know of a band that was named Platinum Blonde, not sure what this is about.
- People don't talk about Laura Mottola but she can provide good insight for technology and mining
- Website loads a little slowly page to page.  They need to improve that.
