Quarter ending July 31st reported on October 1st.

"Construction at the site is “really coming to an end,” with full production to start shortly, Churchill-Smith said.Once in full production, the Pickering site will produce between 100 to 150 kilograms every three weeks.“There will be no down time. It takes 15 weeks to get there,” Churchill-Smith stated.“That goes in line with our target sales. By the middle of this year, we’ll be in what’s called ‘perpetual harvest,’” he noted.

We likely will not see revenues from cannabis sales on the books until quarter ending July 31st and thereafter will have the above 100-150kgs per 3 weeks in medical cannabis sales. Most LPs are averaging near $8 bucks per gram but I usually use a lower amount when financial modeling. Up to each of you what average selling price to pick for revenue expectations. I would note that CHClinic patients recieve 100% paid prescriptions for flower at $8.50 per gram.

Clinic revenues I expect a bit flat next financial report. Reasons being there has been a shortage of cannabis in medical sales because of the excess demand from the recreational market. However, Fredericton is home to a new clinic as of January 21st, 2019 and will be expected to increase revenues to reflect a 10% increase in clinic numbers plus seed sales have begun and HelloMD, and Peak Solutions is expanding the number of patients registered with CHClinics. Should be some good growth on these revenues by the August 28th financials.

The retail store in Alberta remains an unknown on when to expect revenues and i will therefore leave it unaccounted for on our look ahead for this fiscal year.
