Ewing Morris

Ewing MorrisSo, they didn’t see need to join BOD at the time if investment back in September.  Why now?  Seems to me it’s a combination of the ever diminishing share price and the Suni collapse, where LED management was caught completely off guard.  It was a shock to everyone that they didn’t even have a customer list, and couldn’t get one.

I don’t know if this was anyone’s “fault” per se, but it just looks a bit sloppy.

Ewing Morris needs the stock price to get above $1.50 in the next 4.5 years.  Right now, that doesn’t look likely.   I’m not sure what they think they can do to turn things around, or why they think the current BOD ain’t cutting it.
