I'm not sure that you can take a company public without providing a lot of info. I was just trying to make the point that if someone promoting the stock is not able or willing to provide any information in writing that would back up their case for buying it does not inspire confidence.

But there is some interesting stuff on that CSE website. I see in the "Depth Display by Order" that all of the asks above the first two (PI Financial & BMO Nesbitt Burns) are Leeds Jones Gable, the underwriter of the IPO. The Leeds Jones Gable asks are $1.30 and up, so they'll make more than 200% profit over their $0.40 IPO price if they can sell those shares.
