RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:About consumables..Hey Dr.Cash, you know I have been on here for more than two days. It's your old friend BernardBaruch60. Forgot my password, had to sign back up.
Also, no hospitals don't close on weekends, but we are talking about elective procedures for many scopes, but not all. So, majority of elective cases are performed on the weekdays Dr. Cash, not the weekends. But, you should know that.
Also, I would appreciate the response on the sizing of the hospitals, as smaller hospitals don't perform as many cases. Just basic stuff I argue should be factored into equations.
I'm arguing there will only be 2 loads per day on average. You remember how you kept saying only one hour sterilization time, and then I corrected you and Dr.Wong on adding procedural time, room turnover, travel, cleaning, inspections, wiping down, washing, and especially drying. Remember how we then agreed their were only 2 possible uses for an ERCP for one day, with 3 only being the first 7 am cases.
I know, I know, not all scopes are ERCP's!! Still, not all hospitals will use the sterilizer 4 times per day. I just like to know the math if it's only 2 times per day with only a 120 installs over the next year.
And, since I'm investing, I like to be accurate with my numbers. I work in the SPD industry, but not the best at the financial industry. So, I help with more accurate numbers/projections from my sid and then someone with more experience in investing, helps me along those numbers. This is a message board, am I wrong?
