Depends on what the complaint is about.  If it's about the number of tweets that's silly.  It doesn't take long to do tweets and retweets and as part of marketing it comes with the job.  Plus it's informative and allows Novocarbon to communicate out.  It's a good thing.  If it's about the content not always about Novocarbon I can understand that, especially since we're all waiting on the big news to drop.  Although every now and then there are hints on how things are going.
