Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

CRON with 117K @ $30/gram is $3.51B.

Altria pays $2.4B for 55% of CRON, a $4.63B valuation, a 32% premium on grow capacity value, or $39.57/gram.

Altria may have offered $22/sh for 45% of APHA, valuing it at $12.22B, or a 27% premium on full grow capacity, or $38.07/gram.

To give APHA an equal valuation to CRONs capacity using the premium Altria actually paid, we could then take full capacity value of $9.63B x 32%, which is $12.71B, or $39.60/gram.

If Altria's speculative offer to APHA was only based upon CDN assets, then they valued APHA at $12.22B for 255K capacity, or $47.92/gram.

Things to keep in mind as to why we invested here. ACB just offered $35/gram for Whistler.

40Bags - 5***** Post Brother!

It is always good to be reminded of "WHY".

Long and Strong on Aphria!
