RE:Insider selling

RE:Insider sellinglook at it again. most of the red is only exercise of rights and expiration of rights.
Cox, Iain Donald bought at 0.78 from exercise of rights and turned around and sold for 0.815 for a few pennies profit.

Criddle, Paul Andrew bought 112,500 shares at 0.78 from exercise of rights and didn't sell any.
Dorward, John Andrew bought 140,625 shares at 0.78 from exercise of rights and didn't sell any.

there is actually net buying of 253k shares, not net selling, although the buying is directly from the company and not in the market.

Dorward the ceo and Criddle were confident enough to buy at 0.78. it would make sense if they wanted to buy first before having the company buy back shares in the market. either way, they will need to find something to do with all that cash when Bagassi comes online.

What a bunch of grossly overpaid arrogant incompetents.
