Global Hemp Group Inc C.GHG

Alternate Symbol(s):  GBHPF

Global Hemp Group Inc. is a Canada-based company. The Company is focused on two business segments: Industrial Hemp and Health & Wellness (Biopharma). The Industrial Hemp segment primary focus lies in the environmental uses of hemp for construction and hemp for sustainable bio-energy sources, both contributing to a carbon-negative footprint. It is also focused on aligning with its hemp agro-industrial zone (HAIZ) strategy to achieve a carbon-negative footprint. Its principal feature of the HAIZ concept is the proximity of the industrial plant to the supply of raw materials and final markets. The Health and Wellness segment is focused on the acquisition of exclusive licensing of patents and intellectual property (IP). It acquired exclusive rights to key patents and IP of Apollon Formularies plc., a UK-based international pharmaceutical company whose formulations and patents specialize in developing cancer treatments from natural biologics, including cannabinoids and functional mushrooms.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:2018

Believe it or not, but neither am I part of GHG's management nor do I have any other sort of relationship with the company besides being a shareholder (since December 2014), therfore I do not have any more information about the company than what is publicly aviable.
If you have any doubts about the capabilities of GHG's management, I again suggest you to simply write an email to the company, or even better, give them a call. While it may take more than one call to reach the company, it is definitely possible - lots of people from this board here have done so, and afterwards they had way more confidence in their investment than before.

Regarding why the selling/processing of the harvest takes so much time, I can only guess that firstly getting the needed licences and finding potential extractors takes some time, and secondly it does not even make sense to sell the harvest too early when all the other companies do also so. Better to sell when aviable biomass on the market becomes less and less.
While talking about revenue generation etc, it should be noted that the compensation of the participants of the Oregon project is linked to the EBITDA of this project , the exact terms of the compensation can be found in the following NR:

And more importanly, here are the amended terms (notice that the warrants have been repriced to $0.36 from $0.12):

Notice also that the in the New Brunswick operation involved farmers chose to be paid in shares and warrants:

So in contrast to your statements, all in the growing projects involved persons do have a strong interest in getting this harvest processed and sold and must be obviously interested in a very positive development of the stock price.
