This sounded like the "story" on the web way back when FDV was discovered, not for a new one, labelled as "gold strike v2.0", on your post... which may be misleading.

Speculation is swirling at ceo.ca about Mark Selby going to Australia instead of giving a speech at the Vancouver Conference. Here is a summary of the speculation (go to ceo.ca and see for yourseves), plus some comments/questions.
- Suddendly, MS decided to go to Australia, leaving Rob and a few others to be at the booth (conference starts today, Sunday). They have some small specimens (but there was no scale to estimate the size... could someone take a snapshot with a finger in the picture?). Also ask Rob where Kevin Small is (at site with Mark?).
- Offer from KL or some other company? Eric Sprott already visited the site, so there would be no need to see it again, unless Kevin found another FDV (they may call it MLKV, as speculated by some folks at ceo.ca...note Monday is a holiday in the US, and Perth is 13 hours ahead of us...currently, 6:23 am, Monday).

Kevin could send a video showing "gold everywhere", but it would be more tramatic to see it in person, especially if you have some VIPs who may want to touch the stuff before putting in an offer. Note: Most of the VIPs are located in Toronto, KL, ES/Charman of KL who control 10% of KL and more than 10% of RNX. Hence, ES may egg on KL to have a run of RNX (speculation).
- Currently KL has a Mkt Cap of ~$7.33B and a lot of cash for the next few years, but it may decide to have a share exchange to keep the cash for a mega development program at Beta Hunt (there is a good chance for Beta Hunt to have high-grade at depth like the Swan zone at Fosterville.

RNX has a Market Cap of about ~$250M. If the have another living room hit, or bonaza grade from their 40,000m drilling program (they must be ~half way, and news are expected soon). 7m/hr per drill x 20hours x 30 days x 4 drills = 17,000m. If they have some decent intercepts, full of solid gold, then that would be something and worth a 30 hr plane trip to Western Austarlia.

What would be a reasonable offer: $2.0/s (1KL= 17 RNX), $5/s (1KL = 7RNX),...?

Maybe Mark Selby is about to take a page out of Novo’s book... How about a News Release & then a live stream feed from FDV2.0 ?
