RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:MPXIThis 2 month old MPX CEO interview discusses the transaction somewhat.  Although he mis speaks twice at least.  He said recieve a share of MPXI (should be .1) also said .165 and should have been .1673.  Otherwise he suggests a 1.2 to  $1.3B company when merged.

30% bonus (premium) sounds great but too good to be true IMO.  The MPX CEO did say the amount of shares would be decided at closing.  Which is hard to understand.
