I agree, I don't think a dividend in 2019 is likely. I don't know that they'll initiate it in 2020, but my hunch is that'll depend on the SP performance. They've dedicated substantially all of their 2019 cashflow to buying back around 10% of their outstanding shares. All things equal, if the SP is still hovering around the same areas it was prior to the buyback, I would bet its far more likely they'll perform another buyback than a dividend in 2020.

If gold and and their SP appreciates substantially over the next 12 months, I think you do have a better argument for a dividend.
