RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Zargon hires MacquarieHi Cardboard I was referring only to zargon  - recovering most of face value on the former debentures will be an exercise in patience.  Listening to some of the ridiculous commentary on this BB about the ND assets "printing cash" and "refinancing the debentures" has been amusing.  Two real buffoons didn't even see this arrangement coming!

Hansen has managed to get his mandate - despite less than 50% of holders voting.  He has been unsuccessful selling the company for 2 years during a better O&G climate.  The hedging has been spectacularly counterproductive............  My fear is nothing has been learnt.  

Best case scenario will be a private company using the TSX listing - but why would a Newton, Ember or a Jupiter want to go public in this environment?  Multiples are near generational lows.......
