Interesting.  I remember some shareholders being outraged by the Allied Nevada episode.  I looked at the asset and thought it small and of poor quality, going into production with debt in a low gold price environment.  I didn't follow the bankruptcy proceedings and related suits.  Was their a suggestion of foul play?  Maybe you can recap the story for the uninformed.  Reading all those legal documents after the fact is too much to untangle for the uninitiated.
