Agreed, management selling at $0.04 to come back in at $0.05 at first glance doesn't seem to make sense. However, when you look at it from our perspective, we believe buying DM at $0.05 with an $0.08 warrant good for 18 months is a deal and in our opinion well worth the $0.01 loss selling on the board to re-position in the deal.
