RE:RE:Q3 Preview: 20%+ Revenue Growth and Another 1M+ in EPS…

RE:RE:Q3 Preview: 20%+ Revenue Growth and Another 1M+ in EPS…TCQ is a private equity firm, they always look to exit after names over time and Anil owns the NCI portion of Lucky bucks or 40% of the company which is illquid. He sells his QIC.V shares because his NCI portion isnt liquid.

This has brought a lot of shares onto the market without question on top of warrants being excersied. In the face of that and the broader market conditions the stock has held up real well.

You have to dig deeper into the MD&A with regards to General & Admin costs, a material portion of these costs relate to acquisition related fees and are one time in nature. The run rate business runs about a 8-10% overhead which I think is quite reasonable and lean.

They will be presenting at Cantech next week which could be a catalyst to get more eyeballs back onto the name becasue they have quite the story to tell. They have an updated investor deck for January 2019 I strongly recomened interested parties contact the company to get access to it, lays out the story quite effectievly.

Still my largest position because it's a cashflow machine!!!
