No insiders

There has been no insider trading since early December. At a much higher share price this would be ok. At this low level and with how much activity there was before December 7th is telling me there's a strong possibility that there is some corporate activity going on that prevents insiders from trading. Not good as this would imply some sort of takeover or sale.
