48North's kg/acre target is the lowest, most reasonable I've seen. Both Alefia (Port Perry, ON farm) and Beleave (London, ON farm) have given targets of higher kg/acre. In fact Alefia - those scoundrels - gave a target of 60,000kg from only 30 acres!...and that's way north of the 48North farm location. When I was trying to figure the Alefia target out - and why I call them scoundrels - I was told that they were calculating based on 3 harvests! Whaaaat?! As-if!.. and even with no license application submitted (i.e., just wanting to sound like they're playing the game). Things like that make me feel that we're in much better hands, and with much more reasonable targets/expectations with 48North.
