RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:I'm thinking a mass runs comingLet's gloss over the basics of stock based compensation I don't think anyone here is questioning the practice or doesn't understand pre revenue management is paid via stock options.
The main point being brought up is the amount that was issued over the 9 month period yet nobody points out the new team members hired on. Common practice to get someone from an existing and probably stable job; is by a signing bonus. This works the exact same was as stock compensation. If you look over the quarter break downs spikes occured when management was hiring specialized indivuals such as Remy etc. This isn't anything new or to be taken as a negative sign towards management.
