Please explain to me how PAT gets money from shareholders. When I buy shares today the money does not go to PAT, it goes to the investor who owns the shares.

PAT started with money from Accredited investors who knew all the risks. It also has raised money threw PPs with accredited investors. PAT has never recieved any money from shareholders who have bought shares on the open market

So please explain to me how PAT gets money from employees and shareholders as stated in your post. Did you buy into PAT before Nov 16 2016 for 30 cents, no you did not. But those investors are up 700% from their investment, so I am sure they are happy.

You bought your shares on the open MARKET threw a broker. Hate to tell you FACTS son PAT does not get any money from shares traded on the exchange. PAT has never EVER received money from shares bought on the open market.

I think you should learn how companies get money before staing FALSE FACTS
