HEMPCO production contract default.

HEMPCO production contract default.I had a production and price contract for Hemp with Hempco in 2017 at that time prices were strong. Prices dropped in 2018- Hempco sent me a letter December 2018 that they could not honor the contract. So my obvious question is - They are still in business- so where are they sourcing their Hemp from? At what price are they sourcing it at?  I have tried to call Diane Jung (CEO) to try and resolve this, no answer. If I sign a contract for something and the price goes against me , I still deliver on the contract- that is how it works. Too bad Hempco does abide by these simple business principles/ ethics. I hate to vent publically on this - but it is my last resort. Before it gets nasty and we turn it over to lawyers.
