It is Time

For Aphria management to stand and deliver.

This weak offer should compel that bunch (incidentally making millions in salary and options) to step up and start defending this company.

A rebuttal is necessary to instill confidence, a new CEO is needed.

The only thing this non-offer should do is instigate a call to action.
