RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:More Dumping By ManagementI have also read Fishtails response about taxation--- As senior people with the company, they know that their disposition of stock and other incentive based compensation is transparent to the market and shareholders. Clipping pennies from the disposition for NO positive performance is just a bad message. I do not know the mechannics but I really feel they should just either drop or defer them or only place them in the hands of management that are willing to convey the proper handling (message) to the market and shareholders. I welcome only positive performance based compensation that is clearly tied to shareholder value and this is not consistent with that view.
