I agree with you that we should receive a NR before month's end. At this stage, Jamie's departure has to be viewed as a negative for the Company in so far as reaching the expectations for production start.It does not appear to be a friendly departure but we do not know the details.
The negative issues with HUD have been well detailed in previous posts. Let's hope the new Board responds to these concerns in a timely fashion and issues a detailed and positive update in the next few days.

It is obvious that they have had problems achieving commissioning and getting to production. We need to know the extent of the issues,when they will be addressed and what new end points have been established including any new financing that might be required and on what terms.
 
Disclosure and transperancy are needed and the next release from the new Board should provide us with an indication as to how the new management intend to deal with these matters.
