RE:Why do ppl think there was a dist. cut? Here are the amounts paid and expected:
| Pymts | Payment | Sub Total | Total | 1,000 Shares | 10,000 Shares | 50,000 Shares |
2018 | 12 | $0.0697 | | $0.8364 | $836.40 | $8,364.00 | $41,820.00 |
2019 | 1 | $0.0697 | $0.0697 | | | | |
2019 | 3 | $0.209 | $0.627 | $0.6967 | $696.70 | $6,967.00 | $34,835.00 |
2020 | 4 | $0.209 | | $0.8360 | $836.00 | $8,360.00 | $41,800.00 |
$0.8360 annually per share is a cut compared to $0.8364 annually but it is a matter of decimal places, not a primary intention to cut the amount. On 50,000 shares the difference is only $20 less per year. Over the total amount of shares of 56,605,607 they will pay out $22,642.24 less annually than they did before: $47,322,287.45 rather than $47,344,929.69.
Some people are calling the dop in 2019 a cut as due to the transition to a quarterly schedule there will be the equivalent of 10 monthly payments in 2019. This is a cut if you look only at 2019, a deferral if you look beyond 2019.
