A low price takeover bid is likely the higher risk.  However, I suspect that M and A activity will not occur until there is a line of sight to LNG Canada startup.  This is a Canadian egress problem primarily. Since you are in already at this low price point, holding might work in your favour.  Keep in mind that all Canadian gas producers are facing the same pricing headwinds but without the low P/ B already baked in.  My investment thesis is based on the belief that natural gas demand for power plants, ships and petrochemicals will increase as infrastructure is built to distribute it.
